Our car fleet consists of 70% electric cars. Tromsø Taxi is certified Eco-Lighthouse and invests heavily in environmentally friendly cars. The goal is for 100% of passenger cars to be zero-emission vehicles by 2026.

Service
Tromsø Taxi has a strong focus on a high level of service. With us, you can expect a driver in uniform to help you with your luggage and give you a comfortable, pleasant journey.
Child seats
We offer child restraints in all weight and age classes. Please contact us on tel. 03011 to book a taxi with a child seat.
Animals
Pets are welcome in many of our cars. Just let us know when you book and we'll make sure you get a pet-friendly car.
Lost property
Lost and found items in our cars are delivered to the police lost property office the next working day. Contact the taxi dispatch center if the police have not received what you are missing.

Tromsø Taxi uses tariffs imposed by the authorities, cf. the maximum price regulations.
Information
- The price is based on the starting price + 8 km + 13 min. paid time, rounded off to the nearest whole krone.
- Access charge for access beyond 10 km from the nearest stop (Pyramiden on the mainland and Kvaløysletta terminal on Kvaløya).
- Remote rate per km after 10 km.
- Pre-booking fee NOK. 22,- will be added to pre-booked tours. This follows the tariffs (22,- day, 27,- evening, 29,- Saturday, 30,- weekend/night and 32,- holidays).
- Airport tax at Tromsø Airport is NOK. 20,- and will be added to the trip cost. This accrues to Avinor in its entirety and is decided by Avinor. Tromsø Taxi does not charge any fees for administration costs of this.
- Tromsø Taxi does not have additional costs for luggage and highchairs/cushions.
- Tromsø Taxi does not charge a cash handling fee.
- The maximum price regulation, which is regulated annually, does not allow taxi companies in Tromsø to charge extra for tolls. You therefore pay nothing extra in Tromsø Taxi for tolls.

Booking a taxi with a TT card is done like any other booking, either by phone or TaxiFix.

Yes, our taxis accept vipps as a payment method.
Pre-bookings must be canceled no later than 30 minutes before the agreed pick-up time.
Direct bookings cannot be canceled, in which case the minimum price for the trip must be paid.
Many of our taxis have child seats.
This can be ordered via TaxiFix or by calling our customer center.
It is up to each individual licensee to decide whether or not animals can be carried in the taxi.
All taxis are obliged to drive any person who has a guide dog.
If you order a taxi on our website or over the phone, you will receive an SMS about which car is on its way to you.
This service costs NOK 1,- and will be charged to your mobile subscription.
If you order in TaxiFix, you will receive a confirmation in the app.

This will help us to identify the car and driver.
Anything left in the cars is delivered to the lost property department at Tromsø police station,
