We protect your privacy and you should feel safe when you entrust us with your personal data. That is why we have established this guide, which is based on current data protection legislation and clarifies how we work to take advantage of your rights and privacy.

Why do we process personal data about you?

We process your personal data in order to be able to offer you our services and products, as this is necessary in order to enter into an agreement with you as a customer.

What data do we collect about you - and why?

We strive to process as little personal data about you as possible, and we do not collect more personal data than is necessary to enter into agreements with you. The information we need is your first name, last name, e-mail address, address and other contact information about you. We cannot access your personal data other than through your provision of the data to us.

If you have not given us your consent, we will not use your personal data for marketing purposes.

How do we protect your personal data?

Your security is important to us and therefore we have implemented appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access and other unauthorized processing. Who do we disclose your data to?

On what legal grounds do we process personal data about you?

We only process the personal data we need to be able to perform services or deliver our products to you as agreed. To the extent we process additional data, we will obtain your consent or ensure that the processing is permitted on the basis of another legal basis.

How long do we process your personal data?

We store information about you as a customer for the period of the contract with you and for a reasonable period thereafter. This means in the vast majority of cases that we do not store your personal data for longer than 5 years from the end of the contract, but under certain conditions we may retain your data for a longer period than that. This applies, for example, when required by law or when the data may be necessary to establish, exercise and monitor legal claims.

Your rights

If we process your personal data incorrectly or no longer need the data, you have the right to have it deleted. If the data is incomplete, you can have it supplemented. Please note that we may not be able to perform our services to you if you request to have your personal data deleted.

Data portability

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to receive the data we process about you in a general, written, machine-readable and structured format. You have this right with regard to the personal data you have provided to us, which we process on the basis of your consent or when the personal data is required to enter into or fulfill agreements with you.

Restriction of treatment

Under certain conditions, you have the right to request that we restrict our processing of your data. This means that we mark the data so that in the future we only process it for specific purposes. We may not be able to provide you with our services if we restrict the processing of your personal data.

Right to protest

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data carried out for the purpose of performing a task carried out in the public interest, as part of the exercise of official authority or following a balancing of interests. We do not process the personal data based on any of these purposes and therefore you cannot object to our processing under this basis.

Right to complain
